01 How do sound and vibration support our health and wellbeing?
Our physical body’s ability to release and transmute these packets of frequencies in new and creative ways allows for the free flow of vital life force to be reestablished. The combination of intention, conscious awareness and sound frequencies create the conditions for the body to release emotions, detox and come back into physical, mental and emotional balance.
02 How does stuck energy cause problems?
If your body and biofield has a perfectly harmonic song that keeps you feeling healthy and balanced, stuck or suppressed energy and emotions can create a disharmonic frequency or blockage in the free flow of that energy. This leads to nervous and limbic system imbalance, physical pain and/or repetitive life patterns and circumstances. These energies may have originated from trauma, upbringing, systems of belief, ancestral inheritance or environmental influences.
03 Why should I care about my energy field?
Energetic free flow and vitality is the foundation of health, wellness and life itself. The human biofield contains an energetic template of information within and surrounding the physical body about 6 feet in the shape of a donut. It is made up of sound, light, geometry and ether. These packets of information mutate and adapt according to our experiences, emotions, interactions, intentions and environments.
Does remote energy healing really work?
Yes! And in fact, it is my preference!
1) Working on the level of sound and vibration is quantum, transcending time and space. Though you are many miles away, with my awareness, it is as though you are sitting in the same room with me.
2) I see your energy body as a hologram of your physical body and energetic biofield surrounding your body about 6 feet. It is actually my preference to work this way so I am not distracted by what might be otherwise distracting me physically.
3) You get to make a safe, quiet and comfortable space in your home that creates ideal conditions for releasing and transforming in your timing. You can also feel uninhibited to tone with your voice, wiggle and shake and use the option to turn off your camera.
